Tandoori dishes are marinaded in yoghurt with a special selection of herbs and spices then cooked in the Tandoor. The Tandoor is an open clay oven fired by charcoal at high temperatures. This creates a unique cooking process giving the food a special flavour sealing in all its goodness. The food is then finished with freshly ground herbs and spices mixed with cream, usually served with salad and a fresh mint sauce.
